Strawberry Lemon Frosé

Strawberry Lemon Frosé, aka a frozen wine slushy with fruit. Wonderful to serve your guests on those hot summer days or simply make for yourself when you are in need of a light yet refreshing adult beverage. Don’t forget to serve with a Frosé Popsicle! Description

Strawberry Lemon Frosé

16 oz Rose Wine (Whatever your favorite brand is.)
1/2-1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice (Start with 1/2 tsp and increase if need be. Fresh is best, but if you don’t have lemons use lemon juice in a bottle)
6-8 Frozen Strawberries (6 if they are large/8 for small/medium sized.)
1/2 oz Agave (No Agave on hand? Try Honey!)
Lemon Wedges (Garnish-Optional)
1 cup Ice

Frosé Popsicle

16 oz Rose Wine
1/3 cup Fresh Sliced Strawberries
4 Popsicle Molds

Instructions

Place a couple of sliced strawberries in each popsicle mold. Pour the wine to the top of the mold. Place in freezer for 2 hours. (Optional step, but adding the Frosé popsicle to the drink when serving guests is sure to impress them!)

Using a blender, blend the frozen strawberries, wine, lemon juice and agave. Blend until smooth.

Add a little ice to each glass. Pour mixture over ice and serve with a Frosé popsicle. Garnish with lemon wedge. Should make 4 drinks. Simply enjoy!
