Summer may be coming to an end soon, but we are not ready for the summer cocktails to end! This cocktail has all the feels. Refreshing, light, and not overly sweet. Hints of strawberry, basil, and coconut from delicious coconut rum. Yes please! Great cocktail to serve on those warmer nights or even days if you prefer an afternoon beverage. Strawberry Basil Cooler

Strawberry Basil Cooler
  • 3 oz Coconut Rum (Whatever your favorite brand is.)
  • 6 oz Coconut Water
  • 2-4 Basil Leaves
  • 6 Frozen Strawberries (Fresh is preferred or use frozen if you want more of a frozen cocktail.)
  • 3/4 oz Agave (No Agave on hand? Try Honey!)
Instructions
  1. Using a blender or nutri bullet-blend the strawberries, 2 basil leaves, coconut water, rum, and agave.
  2. Taste, add more basil if you prefer a stronger basil taste.
  3. Pour over 2 glasses filled with ice. Top with basil leaves, strawberries, or any fresh fruit. Serve and enjoy!
