Sheet pan dinners are the new go to week night meals. Why? Because they are quick, healthier, and super easy to make! So, I created Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas, using fresh simple ingredients and spices. This is a simple yet fun sheet pan meal to make for a quick week night meal or a fun weekend meal. Don’t have all the spices listed below but have taco seasoning? Use your favorite taco seasoning (1 tablespoon)! I created my own spice mixture because pre-packaged taco seasoning sometimes gives me heartburn. So I always try to throw my own spices together, if I have them on hand! If not, taco seasoning packet is easy, and my go to in a pinch if I don’t have all the spices on hand. As always, I hope you enjoy and love to hear your thoughts!
