Honey Garlic Chicken & Vegetables

Sheet pan meals are not only the go to meals for week-day dinners, but they are also healthier meal options and are super easy to make. Also great for meal prepping too! This honey garlic chicken and vegetable sheet pan recently won my family over. Chicken topped with a tasty honey garlic sauce, served with roasted green beans and crispy roasted potatoes. Delicious, healthy, and quick/easy to make! As always, I love to hear your thoughts. Feel free to drop a comment down below or check us out on Instagram!

Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Chicken and Vegetables

Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Chicken and Vegetables
    Funfetti Cupcakes
  • 4 Thin Chicken Breasts (Or Chicken Thighs)
  • 8-10 Medley Potatoes
  • 8 oz Fresh Green Beans (Fine or String)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Basil
  • 2 dash Thyme
  • Parsley
  • Olive Oil
  • Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Smoked Paprika
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray non-stick spray on a large baking sheet.
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into wedges. Place on one side of the baking sheet.
  3. Place the green beans on the other side of the baking sheet, keep the middle section free for the chicken.
  4. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and green beans. Season with ½ tsp garlic powder over both. Salt and pepper according to taste.
  5. Next put the chicken on a plate or in a bowl. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. Add salt/pepper (according to taste), basil, thyme, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. With your hands or a spoon, stir the chicken until they are coated in oil/spices. Place and space the chicken out in the middle of the sheet pan.
  6. Place in oven for 15 minutes. Right before the 15 minutes is up, make the honey garlic sauce. Place the butter, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds. Stir. After the 15 minutes are done, lightly drizzle the honey mixture over the chicken (make sure the mixture is still warm). Optional - use any leftover sauce and lightly drizzle over the potatoes and green beans.
  7. Cook for another 5-10 minutes. Check temperature before removing from oven. Let cool for a few minutes, serve, and simply enjoy!
