Simply delicious garlic parmesan sweet potatoes
- 1 Sweet potato - large
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic - minced
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Kosher salt (Course sea salt or table salt can be used in place of kosher salt.)
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese (Freshly grated parmesan is highly preferred, but other forms can work.)
- 0.25 tsp Garlic salt ((Optional topping) Add up to an additional 1/4 tsp. if desired.)
