Honey Garlic Chipotle Pork Chops
- 4 oz Pork Chops (Bone Out)
- Kosher Salt (season to taste)
- Black Pepper (season to taste)
- 0.5 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (White Vinegar will work also)
- 0.5 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 0.25 cup Honey
- 0.5 cup chipotle peppers in adobe sauce - blended (take a 7.5 oz can of chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, and blend in your food processor beforehand. The sauce should be smooth. Store whatever you do not use in the refrigerator.)
- 0.50 tbsp Parsley (optional)
