Honey Garlic Chipotle Pork Chops

Chipotle Pork Chops

Do you ever get bored with pork chops? This recipe will help spice it up! My family loved how this chop has some heat to it yet, also some sweetness. It is a flavor bomb! I recommend pairing this with either rice, mashed potatoes, or just some sort of roasted/steamed vegetable. Hope you enjoy!

  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (White Vinegar will work also)
  • 0.5 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 0.5 cup chipotle peppers in adobe sauce - blended (take a 7.5 oz can of chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, and blend in your food processor beforehand. The sauce should be smooth. Store whatever you do not use in the refrigerator.)

  2. Season your pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. (Season to taste with salt and black pepper).

  6. Once melted, add the minced garlic. Cook for 30-60 seconds.
  7. Add the chipotle, honey, vinegar, and smoked paprika to the skillet. Stir. Cook for 3-4 minutes, sauce should thicken a little.
  8. Add the pork chops back to the skillet and into the sauce. Cook the pork chops 2 minutes on each side, baste generously with the sauce while cooking.
