Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
  • 3 Large Russet Potatoes
  • 1-1 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt (Amount depending on taste.)
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan ( (Plus Extra for topping)
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 3-4 tsp Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375. Place foil or parchment paper on a large baking sheet.
  2. Scrub and rinse potatoes. Next slice into wedges-cut each potato in half length wise. Cut each half, in half length wide. Continue until you have 8-10 wedges per potato.
  3. Place the wedges in a large bowl. Pour olive oil over the wedges, stir until fully coated. Pour the garlic salt, garlic powder, pepper, basil, rosemary, parsley, and parmesan cheese on top. Stir until fully coated.
  4. Spread the wedges out on the baking sheet. Place in oven and bake for 35-45 minutes until crispy. Remove and top with extra parsley and parmesan cheese, if desired. Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve with favorite dipping sauce!
