It’s Margarita Monday!! It’s a good way to start off the week, am I right? I love a good fresh margarita, but I don’t always love the calories. I created a Fresh Skinny Margarita. Made with freshly squeezed lime juice and orange juice, mixed with a little agave and, of course, a good tequila. Enjoy your margaritas and as always, I love to hear your thoughts!
- 1 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice (fresh is best, but if you don’t have limes use lime juice in a bottle)
- 1 oz Fresh squeezed orange juice (Use Triple Sec if you do not have oranges!))
- 2 oz Tequila (Whatever your favorite brand is!)
- 3/4 oz Agave (Or Simple Syrup)
- Margarita Salt
- Lime Wedges
- Cocktail Shaker
- Ice
