Description

Beer Cheese Bread

Beer Cheese Bread
  • 3 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 1 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 oz Beer (Use a lager like Stella Artois, Heineken, Michelob, etc)
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tsp Parsley
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375. Spray non-stick spray in a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, 1 ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp paprika and 1 tsp parsley. Stir in the cheese.
  3. Place the butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, or until fully melted.
  4. Pour the beer over the flour mixture, stir. Pour half the butter in the flour mixture, save the rest for the top.
  5. Once everything is mixed, there will be lumps and that is fine, pour into the loaf pan.
  6. Press everything down until it is even in the pan. Take the leftover melted butter and stir in the remaining garlic powder, paprika, and parsley. Stir well. Pour over the top of the bread, evenly.
  7. Place in the oven for 40 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes in pan before removing. Best served warm, enjoy!
