Beer, cheese, and chicken all in a creamy, cheesy, spicy soup? YES PLEASE! A perfect meal for a chilly day/night! This soup has all the flavors. Enjoy subtle notes of beer, creamy taste from the sharp cheddar cheese, and a hint of excitement from the various spices. Plus, it’s protein-filled, making it super filling. Prefer your Beer Cheese Soup with nothing in it? Don’t sweat it! Just leave out the chicken! As I’ve mentioned in a few of my other posts, I prefer my soups with a little substance to them, something filling that I can actually chew. So I add chicken to help turn this soup into a fulfilling meal. I highly recommend serving with warm bread, perfect for dipping. It compliments this soup, making it even more of a perfectly warm, cozy meal. As always, I want to hear how your version turns out!
