Need a Chinese food fix, but don’t want to leave the house? This Beef & Broccoli recipe is quick and easy, yet super delicious! This recipe takes roughly 25 minutes to cook.

Beef and broccoli recipes typically call for raw sugar and end up with high amounts of sodium. What if we could reduce both and the overall gluten content? Well, why not! In normal fashion, I tried a few alternate ingredients and eventually settled on a recipe to reduce the overall sugar and sodium content. Check out this recipe and as always, let me know how it turns out.
