A crunchy, juicy piece of chicken bursting with flavor. Best part, it’s not fried, I baked it in the oven! It is a healthier version of the normal parmesan crusted chicken. Pair this entrée with any pasta, potatoes, or veggies. The side dish options are endless, with this as an entrée! It is also very easy to make assemble and make. While it’s cooking, prepare your side dishes. As always, I love to hear your thoughts. Simply enjoy!
