And let’s just say, while I had planned on sharing the bulk of this batch of delectable tarts with others, there was nothing left to share, and they didn’t make it out of my kitchen! No Bake Dark Chocolate Espresso Tart

Instructions

  1. Place Graham Crackers in the food processor and blend until it resembles crumbs.
  2. Pour melted butter oven the crumbs. Pulse until it has been mixed.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the tart pans. Tip – use a measuring cup and fingers to press around evenly. Should make 6, 5 inch tarts or 1 large tart.
  4. In a microwave safe bowl, heat the heavy cream for 1 ½ minutes, or until it lightly bubbles.
  5. Pour the chocolate chips into the hot cream and stir until it is creamy smooth. Add the espresso, stir until mixed.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust. Evenly pour over each crust, if using several mini tart pans.
  7. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  8. Pop out of edges of tart pan, place on a plate and top with your favorite toppings. Optional Toppings – Top with flaky seat salt and Cadbury Mini Easter Eggs (Festive topping for Easter).
  9. Simply enjoy!
