Breakfast bagel bites are fun yet simple to make! Kids will even love this fun breakfast option. This recipe has cream cheese, sausage, eggs, and fresh cheeses all baked on top of a mini crunchy bagel. So good! They are even great for meal prepping.

Preheat oven to 400. Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet.

Make the scramble eggs. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Cook on medium low heat. Set aside.

Brown the sausage and chop into crumbles. Set aside.

Once the eggs and sausage are cooked, assemble the bagel bites. Slice the bagels and lay on the parchment paper. Spread about ½-1 tsp cream cheese on each slice of bagel.

Sprinkle a little sausage crumble on top of the cream cheese on each slice. Next top a little scrambled egg on top of the sausage. Followed by sprinkling a little gruyere and cheddar cheese on top of the egg/sausage mixture. Finally top with parsley, optional.

Place in the oven for 10-13 minutes. Remove once the cheese is melted. Cool for a few minutes, serve, and enjoy!
